Conference registration fees
are depending on the registration period and EMVA member organisations
benefit from reduced fees. Invoicing is done via the registration platform offering
comfortable online payment using credit cards.

Cancellation policy
A cancellation of registration may be done via the online registration portal at any time.
Paid registrants may cancel until Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023, without charge by contacting payments@emva.org. After that date, a €100 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Wednesday, April 19th, 2023.
